HTC P3400 is now available on FCC approval list. It is a global phone offering quad-band GSM/GPRS international roaming, plus Bluetooth 2.0. Although it is said to be running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, the final version might be upgraded to the latest Windows Mobile.
