HTC has announced HTC Touch HD a model which was quite a much in discussions some time back. Actually this HTC has gone dual to launch this phone. Along with officially releasing the HTC Touch 3G, HTC also unveiled the HTC Touch HD as been included in the long list which includes  HTC Touch Dual, HTC Touch Diamond, HTC Touch Cruise, and HTC Touch Pro.

First look at Touch HD gives us a feeling that it’s like iPhone with 2 keys just like BlackBerry Storm. HTC Touch HD has some impressive specs - 3.8 inch WVGA touch screen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, HSDPA, GPS.

Music and viewing satellite maps with Google Maps is all what it offers as part of new features. The handset measures 115 x 62.8 x 12 mm and weighs 146.4 grams with battery.

It supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, Google Maps, 5 megapixel camera and 3.5 mm audio jack. The handset should be available in Q4 of 2008 first in Europe market however there are no words about pricing yet.
