NEWS: BenQ (MID) Mobile Internet Device

AVING reports: “BenQ demonstrated its 4.8-inch mobile internet device at the Intel booth during CeBIT 2008, which is based on Intel Atom, previously known by the code-named Silverthorne. Running on Linux OS, the BenQ MID supports WiFi/HSDPA network, VoIP and GPS function.”
