AVING reports: “Toshiba is going to release its GPS mobile phone ‘820T’ targeting kids in Japan market, which supports a location tracking service.”

“Equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA display and 3.24M camera, it comes with three different colors including flower pink, snow white and jet blue.”
