Sony Ericsson unveiled the TM506 a clamshell phone for T-Mobile

Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile today introduced a new clamshell phone, the TM506 for 3G networks. The TM506 is also first Sony Ericsson’s handset supporting T-Mobile’s AWS spectrum (1700/2100) and comes with an eye-catching design. The handset sports a 2 megapixel camera, built-in aGPS function, Mobile Backup (T-Mobile Address Book) and it’s MyFaves-enabled.

The Sony Ericsson TM506 measures 3.7 x 1.9 x 0.69 inches, weighs 3.4 ounces (including battery) and in Tri-Band GSM (850/1800/1900), Dual-Band UMTS (1700/2100 & 2100), GSM/GRPS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA provides up to 9.5 hours GSM and up to 3.5 hours UMTS of talk time, and up to 250 hours GSM and UMTS of standby time.

The phone which includes the Bluetooth 2.0 A2DP and a stereo streaming will be available in September at T-Mobile U.S. stores however there are no words about pricing yet.
