Sony Ericsson unveils W302, W902 and W595 Walkman Phones

Sony Ericsson today unveiled new additions to the Walkman phone range, W302, W902 and W595. First model, the Sony Ericsson W302 is equipped with a TFT display providing 176×220 pixel resolution with 262,144 color. Working in GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and EDGE networks the W302 supports 20MB of phone memory as well as Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot. For connection you can use Bluetooth, USB or modem. Other features are a 2 megapixel camera with 2.5x digital zoom, FM radio, 3D games, calculator, calendar etc. The phone has 2 colors: Midnight Black and Sparkling White.

Second model, the W902 is equipped with 2.2″ 262.144 color TFT display providing 240×320 pixel resolution, a 5 megapixel camera to take pics anywhere, 25MB of phone memory, Memory Stick Micro (M2). The W902 Walkman phone works in GSM 850/900/1800/1900, EDGE, UMTS 2100 and HSDPA networks. At weight 99.8g its dimensions are 49.0×110.0×11.7mm. This model is available in 3 color options: Volcanic Black, Wine Red and Earth Green.

The last model, the W595 is stylish walkman phone storing up to 1900 tracks (assumes eAAC+ encoded files) thanks to 2GB memory card support. The QVGA (320×240) TFT display provides 18-bit (262k) colour. The W595 also includes a 3.2 megapixel camera with 2.5x digital zoom, FM radio with RDS, 3D games, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, 40 MB of phone Memory, Memory Stick Micro (M2) support. The Sony Ericsson W595 is available in 4 different colors: Active Blue, Cosmopolitan White, Jungle Grey and Ruby Black (VF exclusive).

The W302 will be available in selected markets in Midnight Black and Sparkling White in Q4 of 2008, the W902 will be available in selected markets in Volcanic Black, Wine Red and Earth Green in Q4 of 2008 and the W595 will be available in selected markets in Active Blue, Cosmopolitan White, Jungle Grey and Lava Black in Q4 of 2008. Pricing has not been announced yet.
