Tata and RIM finally launch BlackBerry services
Tata Services and RIM has announced the launch of the BlackBerry solution in India. Before that Indian governmnet denied the permission to launch BlackBerry services for security reasons but then at the same time operators like Bharti Airtel, Vodafone-Essar and Reliance Communications have been offering these services for more than a year now.
BlackBerry solution will provide customers with premium BlackBerry mobile services which offers wide range of easy-to-use mobile applications, including phone, email, messaging, organizer, web browser, multimedia and more.
Also Tata Indicom will offer the stylish BlackBerry 8830 smartphone which features a sleek and stylish design with a full QWERTY keyboard, intuitive trackball navigation system and large bright display, CDMA-based. BlackBerry 8830 also features a Bluetooth and speaker-independent voice dialing and measures 114mm x 66mm x 15mm (4.5″ x 2.6″ x .6″) in size.
