Verizon Wireless goes simple with Samsung SCH-u310 Knack flip phone

Are you scared of too complicated handsets? Don’t worry. Verizon Wireless has a solution for you. The new Samsung SCH-u310 Knack is a simply flip phone in a slim form factor with an ergonomic design. The Knack has a 2.2 inches 65K TFT screen with 176 x 220 pixels providing large text and numbers as well as a large keypad for much easier typing.

The phone also features a dedicated keys for a quick access to voice mail, speakerphone, voice commands and In Case of Emergency, calculator, calendar, alarm clock, world clock, stop watch and notepad. The Samsung SCH-u310 measures 3.78 x 2.01 x .74 inches and weighs 3.63 ounces. The device provides up to 270 minutes of talk time and up to 336 hours of standby time. Verizon Wireless already sells this phone for $39.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.
